Workshop Policy

Reservations

Reservations will be accepted on for any workshop as soon as it is announced whether that announcement is at a meeting, in a special bulletin, or in the newsletter.

Checks

Send a separate check for each workshop to the treasurer:

Ann Marie Castelgrande, or as instructed.

Fees

Workshop fees are set for full half or full day formats. Members have the privilege of lower fees than nonmembers and separate waiting lists. All workshops and fees will be announced in the newsletter.

Refunds

Partial refunds will be made for cancellations of less than one week before the workshop. In case of illness of the participant or death in the family, a full refund will be made.

Cancellations

Any person, finding it necessary to cancel the night before or the morning of the workshop MUST call the workshop chairperson or the president so that another person from the waiting list may attend.

Special Note

All workshops will be held in Room 336A, Third Floor, Insalaca Center for Studio Arts (across from the Visual Arts Building), Marywood University, unless change is noted.

Lunch/Snacks

Participants are asked to please bring their own food and beverage
