Exhibit Guidelines
All exhibit questions should be directed to the Exhibit Chair, Melanie L. or Mary S.
1.
All current members -new, old, beginner, pro - are welcome and encouraged to participate.
2.
Work must be calligraphic in nature.
3.
Work must be framed (matting optional) and wired for hanging OR follow guidelines for the specific venue. Some exhibit spaces limit the size or the weight of the work or can only accommodate non framed pieces.
4.
Work submitted must be of a noncommercial nature, -an artistic rendering of letterforms.

Each entry must have an accompanying card specifying name, title, of piece, materials used (ink, paper, script) value of the piece, noting if for sale. Pieces not for sale should be labeled NFS.

Each piece must be securely wrapped in a towel or bubblewrap, taped closed, and outside wrapping marked with submitter's name and number of pieces.

Works will also be posted on Social Media. Exhibit entries for FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM should be emailed to Social Media chair, Tate.at calligraphynepa@gmai.com.
